Shipping from the Netherlands

All physical kits are printed, prepared and shipped from our studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Each parcel is packed by hand to keep your figure safe on the way to your painting desk.

We currently ship to:

  • Netherlands & European Union
  • United Kingdom and other European countries
  • North America
  • Asia–Pacific and selected international destinations

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 3–7 business days. We print our figures in-house using high-resolution SLA printers and take time to:

  • check each part for print quality
  • remove supports in a painter-friendly way
  • safely pack the kit for international shipping

During busy periods (new releases, holidays) processing may take a little longer, but we always aim to keep you informed.


Estimated Delivery Times

These are typical delivery windows provided by our shipping partners:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & other Europe: 5–15 business days
  • North America: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–28 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, local holidays and carrier delays can extend delivery times, especially outside the EU.


Shipping Methods & Tracking

All parcels are shipped with trackable services whenever possible.

Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order leaves our studio. Smaller, low-value shipments may sometimes use non-tracked services if this clearly makes more sense for the destination and shipping cost. If you prefer tracked shipping only, please mention it in the order notes or contact us before ordering. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country
  • total parcel weight and size

Customs, VAT & Import Fees

  • Orders shipped within the European Union normally include VAT at checkout and should arrive without additional import fees.
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, VAT or handling charges when entering your country.

Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or declare a lower value than the invoice. If you’re unsure about possible fees, please check your local customs regulations before ordering.


Packaging

Miniatures are packed with:

  • protective wrapping around each part
  • rigid outer boxes suitable for international transport

Our goal is to keep delicate elements like blades, hair and small accessories safe while keeping packaging compact and environmentally reasonable.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Please take clear photos of the outer box and the damaged parts.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, attaching the photos and your order number.

We’ll review the case and either send replacement parts or suggest another fair solution. If a parcel appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for a prolonged time), reach out to us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier. Once a shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.


Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of resin kits and their use as hobby/collector items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or started kits. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that haven’t been printed or packed yet can usually be cancelled and refunded.

If your country is not listed at checkout, send us a message and we’ll see if we can arrange shipping.
There are two parts:
  1. Processing / printing time – usually 3–7 business days while we print, clean and check your kit.
  2. Shipping time – depends on your country and chosen service. As a rough guide:
    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
    • EU: 3–10 business days
    • UK / other Europe: 5–15 business days
    • North America & rest of world: 7–28 business days
These are estimates only. Customs and carrier delays can extend delivery times, especially outside the EU.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
  • your destination country
  • total weight and size of the parcel
You will see the final shipping price before confirming your order.
  • Inside the EU, parcels normally arrive without additional import fees.
  • Outside the EU, your local customs office may charge VAT, duties or handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations if you are unsure.


All miniatures are shipped as unassembled resin kits.This allows us to protect delicate parts, and gives you full access to each area for cleaning, test-fitting and painting.
Product pages describe what’s included (figure, base, extra parts) and how many pieces the kit contains.

We print all figures using high-resolution SLA printers, then:
  • wash and UV-cure the resin
  • remove supports with painter-friendly placement in mind
  • perform a visual quality check on each part
Minor preparation like sanding, gap-filling and assembly is still expected, as with any resin kit.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damaged parts and outer packaging
We’ll review the damage and arrange replacement parts or another fair solution.
Tracking updates sometimes pause when parcels change between countries or carriers. If there has been no movement for more than 10–14 days, send us a message and we’ll open an inquiry with the shipping provider.
Because resin kits are hobby products that require preparation and can be easily damaged once opened, we usually do not accept returns of opened or started kits.
If there is a problem with your order (wrong item, missing parts, damage in transit), contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

If you placed several orders and they haven’t been shipped yet, contact us with the order numbers.If possible, we will combine them into one parcel and adjust shipping accordingly.
